In our last newsletter I mentioned how I’ve never been a fan of August. I haven’t changed my opinion. August was the worst month for equities since May of 2012 and fixed income was battered around a bit as well. September potentially has a lot in store: Will there be missile strikes on Syria?; Will we see “Tapering” by the Fed?; How will the Debt Ceiling discussions go in Congress? We remain cautious in our allocations (still). Stay tuned…
